Administrator C Windows System32 Cmd Exe
Lastly the CMD executable can be found as in the windows folder – as pointed out by another Anonymous user: c: windows system32.
You can use an absolute path or a relative path. I’ll explain both, and I’ll also explain how to get there if your current working directory is on a separate drive. In the examples, I will include the “prompt” for context. The actual commands come after the “” (greater-than sign). I’ll use “” (underscore) to indicate the cursor at the prompt after you finish running the commands. If you begin the path with a backslash, it is considered an “absolute” path (relative to the top level, which is called the “root directory”), so the following command will do what you want: C:WindowsSytem32 cd.

Really have to know when you get that error, it is generic. It happens at Shutdown you say, but what is the OS trying to do? Save something?
Go to the EVENT VIEWER and see if there are system WARNINGS or ERRORS at the time of Shutdown, post here if you find any.
As for the window you see, again, more info needed. What did you do to produce the window? I assume it opens and closes, but something has to kick it off, either an icon you select or a scheduled process.
