Fallout New Vegas Base Building Mod

I played through Fallout:New Vegas once before,with minimal mods,just some bugfixes. I'd like to play it again,and improve the experience,while still retaining the feel of the game. All the New Vegas Bounties mods. First of all, despite what people tell you, do not use Project Nevada. It's extremely outdated and buggy, and can potentially ruin. How long does it take to reach level 50 in Fallout: New Vegas? It has a great weapon modding system, a decent base building system, and a solid story.
